These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Lucky Link Ltd. ("Lucky Link Ltd.," "we," "us," or "our") concerning Eternal Night Riches and any related website pages, mobile application features, game content, updates, and support functions that we make available (together, the "Service").
Downloading, installing, opening, accessing, or otherwise using the Service confirms that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept every provision below, do not access or use the Service.

- (b) damage, overload, disable, interrupt, undermine, or compromise the operation or security of the Service;

- (d) seek access to systems, accounts, networks, interfaces, or data without authorization.
We may decide, acting reasonably and in our discretion, whether particular activity is inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Digital Content, Virtual Items, and Payments
The Service may make optional digital content or functionality available, including virtual chips, coins, credits, tokens, features, or similar items (collectively, "Virtual Items").
4.1 Purchase and Refund Conditions
Where a purchase is completed through Google Play, refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play's applicable refund rules. Purchases made through any other channel are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off right that applies to an eligible digital purchase under European consumer law. We may revise prices at any time.
4.2 Legal Character of Virtual Items
Virtual Items:
- (a) are digital entertainment content only and have no real-world monetary or cash value;
- (b) are not money, property, a stored-value product, a wager, or a gambling instrument;
- (c) cannot generate an entitlement to cash, prizes, payouts, or anything else of real-world value;
- (d) are made available under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right of use within the Service and are not sold to you as owned property; and
- (e) may be adjusted, administered, limited, replaced, or discontinued by us at any time without liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4.3 No Transfer, Market, or Conversion
Virtual Items are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, purchase from another user, trade, gift, exchange, assign, or otherwise move Virtual Items between users. You also may not use any external marketplace, website, platform, service, or intermediary to acquire or dispose of Virtual Items.
No attempt may be made to convert a Virtual Item into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, a prize, merchandise, or any other item or benefit with real-world value. Circumventing these restrictions may result in immediate and permanent loss of access to the Service and to associated Virtual Items, without a refund except where a refund is legally required.
5. Entertainment-Only Casino Simulation
Eternal Night Riches is a simulated casino-style experience supplied exclusively for entertainment. It does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or payouts.
Please read the following notice carefully:
- (a) no real currency, prize, merchandise, or other thing of value can be won, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged through the Service;
- (b) virtual chips, coins, credits, and tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or property;
- (c) acquiring or purchasing Virtual Items does not create a right to winnings, payments, rewards, or benefits outside the Service;
- (d) results or performance in the Service do not indicate, predict, or improve likely results in real-money gambling;
- (e) we do not support, approve, or allow underground markets, real-money exchanges, or third-party trading involving Virtual Items; and
- (f) the Service is not a mechanism for gambling or wagering with real-world consideration or rewards.
Participation in unauthorized trading or real-money exchange activity may lead to permanent blocking of access to the Service.
6. Responsible Play

The Service may link to, communicate with, or incorporate services supplied by third parties. Lucky Link Ltd. does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or conduct.
Your relationship with a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
9. Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY LINK LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of defects or errors.
10. Limits on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Link Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to your use of, access to, or inability to access or use the Service.
Our aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount, if any, that you paid directly to us during the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
No exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies where applicable law prohibits that exclusion or limitation.
11. Suspension and Termination of Access
You may discontinue use of the Service whenever you choose.
Lucky Link Ltd. may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access without advance notice when we reasonably determine that:
- (a) you have breached these Terms or applicable law;
- (b) you have taken part in prohibited conduct, including unauthorized Virtual Item trading; or
- (c) action is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, our rights, or legal and regulatory compliance.
When access ends, Virtual Items and other digital entitlements linked to your installation, device, or use of the Service may become unavailable. No refund will be issued unless applicable law requires one.
12. No Registered Account; Local Data
The Service does not require users to register an account. Game progress, preferences, settings, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device and will ordinarily be removed when you uninstall the application. Because no separate user account is provided, the Service does not include a distinct in-app account-management or account-deletion function.
Analytics, attribution, advertising, crash-reporting, or similar third-party SDK providers may separately process anonymous, pseudonymous, or aggregated information under their own privacy policies and retention rules. Although we do not control those providers' independent retention systems, we require service providers acting for us to comply with applicable data-protection obligations.

15. Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms are to be construed and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or connected with these Terms or the Service through direct negotiation.
If negotiation does not resolve the matter, either party may pursue the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction or through another dispute-resolution procedure that is lawful and available under applicable law.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from requesting injunctive, protective, or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, misuse of systems, or another urgent circumstance.
16. Severability
If a court or other competent authority determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
